children
Nursery/Toddlers (infant – 35 months)
Our nursery is where our ministry to children begins at New Life. We want babies to be brought to Jesus’ lap the first time they are brought to one of our nurseries.
Early Childhood & Lower Elementary (3&4; 5&6 year olds)
Children in Early Childhood receive Bible teaching, the opportunity to worship Jesus, time for play and fellowship, prayer and, of course, a snack. Early childhood classes begin teaching the very basic concepts of God’s love beginning with two-year olds, and expand to more complex concepts as they progress through kindergarten. They will learn the great stories of the Bible, memorize scripture, pray for one another and participate in worship with their parents.
Grade School (2nd – 6th grade)
This class involves both large group and small group aspect. This class is a high energy kid’s service with age relevant, application oriented curriculum. We tell bible stories through video, skits and crazy characters, play games, enjoy awesome music and learn, most of all, how to grow in God. Our lessons usually entail something that is relevant to their lives, bullying, music, TV, peer-pressure and are taught ways to look to God in all things. They learn to apply what they learn to their everyday lives.
TREK (Kindergarten – 6th grade, during the school year)
TREK helps children beginning establishing a foundation of knowledge and understanding of God's Word.
